		<description>Hi, I&#039;m a male, 193cm tall, and approximately 98kg. I&#039;m also a vegetarian and have been for the last 11 years. I have checked on various Internet sites about what a suitable BMI for my height, and weight should be, and discovered that I&#039;m about 10kg over this ideal mass.
But I feel pretty good about my weight. I exercise regularly. I feel that if I got down to the number recommended, I would be too thin and possibly even unhealthy.
Do you have any comments or suggestions about this?
