Really liked the Core Strength Workout video.

Dear Sir
I would like to thank your effort to make your lecture simple with supportive videos. But I have one comment would you please make your videos to guide for the whole exercise period. I mean if you want some thing to be done for one minute the video should long 1 minute. Because sometimes from my experience I try to do exercise following your step like when you do push up I do push up also but after 10 second you the video stops then I lose motivation.

The fact is, people are broke these days, that shouldn’t mean that overweight people who are broke, like everyone else, should be doomed due to a lack of funds it normally takes to access good and very informative information. So online retail sales have been up for 2009. Thats great, I can’t believe people are still buying things online like hobby products, and what not. I want to get one of those rock tumblers. Seems like a nice hobby. Not too expensive. Don’t have to be around another person to enjoy it.
