Unfortunately, my blog videos only are playing in some countries (not all at the moment) - sorry about this.  All of my product videos have their own custom player and will work/be downloadable anywhere in the world... sorry for any inconvenience, but I appreciate the feedback.  (i&#039;m always looking for better options that suit the majority of people on my list in the best way possible)

Getting an abdominal contraction following a hysterectomy can be difficult.  The nerve impulse is weakened following any surgery to any area of the body and needs to be re-trained through functional movements and conscious effort.  

The first step in doing this is choosing exercises that require your abs for stabilization of the spine.... Also, please remember to focus on not bending or arching your back during these exercises.  Surely, the muscles that will help you avoid this will be your abs....
