Hi Dr. K,

These are great videos. I’ve always had low back pain. So i’m eager to try these out. I also got some orthotics this week and we’ll see how those help also with my back and knee pain. I’ll be trying these tonight and then the hot bath to relax the muscles.

Hope that worked well for you, Christi. I remember in gym class in high school the motto was No Pain, No Gain – they even had it printed on a sign on the wall. Uh, so not true. It’s great to hear from an expert, Dr. K, that gives us the real scoop and yet helps us reach our goals.
