It&#039;s great to hear from an expert, Dr. K, that gives us the real scoop and yet helps us reach our goals.</description>

These are great videos. I&#039;ve always had low back pain. So i&#039;m eager to try these out. I also got some orthotics this week and we&#039;ll see how those help also with my back and knee pain.  I&#039;ll be trying these tonight and then the hot bath to relax the muscles.</description>
