Okay, slightly off topic - but I had chips in my lunch the other day - who cares you might say - but chips have been the food that I *love* AND my emotional tentpole where eating comes. Not a great combo. The Mrs. packed me a tiny bit in my lunch and my first thought was - I'm not going to eat them - I'll fall off the wagon - I'm a goner. Okay, that's a bit dramatic, but you get the point.

I think the thing is - making choices with exercise and food changes everything - in a good way - but its so not like it was before. What did I do? Well, I did eat the chips - not like they were calling me or anything, mind you. But, I thought I have got to be able to balance food out and know that I'm not overdoing. I think that was my growing moment for the day. It's all about balance - and allowing a controlled treat that has no emotional impact.

Wishing you all the best!

Love the name!

Okay, I'm getting back in the swing of things and wanted to comment that I think these exercises are great for strengthening the back and increasing flexibility. I'm not very flexible, though I am improving. A huge thank you for providing these.

Where I work at a desk for long periods of time - back problems tend to creep in - so strengthening the back and adding more flexibility is *huge*.

Hope everyone is doing well. Month 2 of Personal Video Bootcamp was released. Yeah!
