Digging Deep is all about finding what is within you. This is one of those times when it is all about you and no one else. You know when it burns and you know when you can squeeze one more rep – it is just a matter of finding it within yourself and going for it. This is a great time to experience failure as most of our lives we tend to avoid it but in this case you actually want to achieve it!!

PS – Dr, K knows what he’s talking about.

Great post, Justin!

What I liked most about this video was how the exercise was explained and how something really simple can have some great benefits – if done correctly. Of course, it’s also one of those exercises that when done over and over – yeah the digging deep is required.

The weather was in the 40s here today – so I took a break from the regular cardio and strapped on the sneakers, jumped over the obstacle course that is the sidewalk as the snow melts, worked not to slip on any ice (definitely an uneven surface!) and enjoyed the warm weather and fresh air. Best of all, my wife joined me after her job and we got to have the adventure together.

Tomorrow will be the next video for Personal Video Bootcamp. Digging deep – oh yeah..

Have an awesome day!

Great enthusiasm, boys!

Glad to hear from you both. Andrew, that’s perfect!

Get out in the ‘real world’ from time to time – after all, isn’t this what you’re training for?

have a great day,

Kareem

Hi

The most interesting part of this was your explanation about when you have a natural toe out walking position (or presumably toe in) I always thought you had to have feet facing forward – could explain a painful foot injury (top of my foot towards my inside ankle).

I’ll be adjusting and see if it improves.

Thanks for your free posts – I do try to read them all but you send so many – I have about 20 in my in box waiting for me

Best Regards

Pauline (Shropshire, England)

best of luck and be sure to keep me posted!
