What a cool twist on a standard plank! When I did it I definitely could feel the core engaging. Nice! One thing – I just need to recover my elbows from the up and down planks on the Personal Video Bootcamp for February. (A disclaimer on rug burn would have been good – smile). Yeah, I really was moving fast – I so need pillows or Dyna Discs!

I’ve also been working on “zipping up the core” as Dr K has mentioned – what a difference a little action can have – even while walking, sitting at a desk at work, etc. It definitely helps with posture and I never even thought of it that way before.

I’d love to hear your personal experiences with this exercise and others! Let yourself be heard – you’re important and it’s really an encouragement to others.

Have an awesome day!

Hi Amanda,

I’ve been able to view these videos fine, every day. I know you can get them through youtube as well -that might be another option to try. Hope that gives you a solution! Have a great day.

One more thing I wanted to mention today – it’s off topic -but I thought it was interesting.

On our local radio station one of the DJs announced they were starting a brand new diet – Water, Lemon Juice, Honey and Cayenne pepper. For 30 days! That’s all. I was like, how could someone even believe that was healthy?! And that they would announce it to others?! So I know there are various Internet diets and things that people try, but don’t they have a lasting impact on hurting their metobolism? Why do people think these things will work?

Oh Yeah,

Happy First Anniversary on YouTube, Kareem!

Thanks for making these videos. The question I have – why prompted you to go the video route? We’d love to hear the origin story unless it’s noted at the beginning of the history under YouTube – if so, direct us there and we can watch it.
