Hey Dr. K!
That looks like a great exercise! Can it be modified if you don’t have a hanging bar?
Keep up the great work!

Sure, a Smith machine works really well… for home options, I prefer to just place my forearms on a couch and try it from there… (like a plank, instead of straight arms – both are ok, but couches cause your wrists to bend in a funny way, so I find forearms to be more comfortable…)

thanks, Mary! Great to hear from you!

have a nice day,

Kareem

Dr. K,
The fact that you can do that and still talk is insane. The wild thing about ball work and using other unstable surfaces is that you concentrate so much on keeping your balance, you don’t even notice how hard you’re working!

Thanks for another great workout.
Rosemary
