Hey everybody,

Ready for some more great tips and motivation? In this video series, I’ll be teaching you all about:

Balance & Core Strength – Look Great, Move Like An Athlete

Today’s video is titled ‘Better Balance, More Strength’. This is solid-gold when it comes to building a strong center… or strong anything for that matter.

Hint:  Try to paraphrase the rationale below… the best way to learn is to teach it.  Go ahead and make your comments (no one’s watching – haha!)

Have a great day,

Kareem

Dr. K,

Better balance (proximal stability) = more strength = greater achievement. I think I’ve got this!

Thanks for the challenge,
Rosemary

sure, Mary – I’d be happy to schedule some videos for that… I received a number of requests when I gave out that survey, so I’m still working on getting to all of them, but I’ll be happy to put this on the roster :-)

how’s everything going with you? doing well with your fitness goals?

I know I mentioned this before, but http://LiftHardPlayHard.com has a great video in the ‘Injury Prevention Videos’ section that tells you all about knee injuries if you’re looking for tons of great information more quickly.

I honestly wouldn’t mind if you took me up on the free trial to see this and then canceled if it doesn’t make financial sense for you. Maybe we could trade for a testimonial on that video if you decide against the trial?

Seems fair to me and you’ve been a loyal listener for a long time…

what say you?
